Their prices are competitive and they ship quickly. However, customer service is marginal at best. I was sent a defective pump and rather than replace it, they just refunded it, and it was a back and forth to get them to do that. To order a single pump would cost me more in shipping than the pump! I won’t be ordering from them again. I understand errors happen, but they need to do better to make it right. All I wanted was a working pump like I had ordered. Also, it’s been days and no refund. I won’t order from them again.

I placed my order on April 11th and it arrived on May 6th. I paid for shipping (ground if I’m not mistaken) to speed my delivery up after the expected 10-12 day warehouse delays due to an increase in demand. What wasn’t okay is that I opened my package only to discover that 2 of 3 of my island oasis drink mixes are damaged. They are crushed to the point that one can’t even stand upright and the the tops are ripped almost clean off so I’m unable to to close my drinks once they’re opened. I was very disappointed by this this. The amazing prices were hardly worth it.

The product was as described and the shipping took the amount of time that I selected at checkout but the processing took a very long time! It took almost two and a half weeks before the items were even shipped. I will likely not purchase from here again.

I waited so long for my order. When I finally called they said my order was back ordered, I got no notice of that. Rep was super nice and adjusted my order so it could ship that day....waited days again with no up date and now no refund of my adjusted items. Finally called and they said order was never completed on their end. They were nice about it but geesh what a confusion!

why is economy and ground shipping same price. fix shipping cost and your rating goes to 100% excellent.

I was enjoying the selection but when I ordered the items, it was to be delivered in a week. 3 weeks later, it finally got delivered.

I cannot accurately rate Serious Sips until I receive what I ordered. Apparantly a portion of my order was not in stock when I ordered a few weeks ago so I am still waiting and waiting and waiting......

Great product, ridiculous shipping prices. Shipping should not cost almost the same as the product. It’s not worth it to continue to buy in bulk when your paying almost the same in shipping cost.
