My company hired servcorp miami services 4 months ago and so far the service has been excellent as well as their employees - always happy to help me in any query that I have.

I used Servcorp for a last minute high profile meeting and the entire team at the SF (101 California) location were professional, quick in their responses and exceeded expectations.

Our company formerly kept an address in old city Philadelphia. It was a large gallery space that cost us a small fortune every year. We had grown out of the space and were looking for something more efficient. We found that in Servcorp. The location is in center city on the 37th floor. The office space is very impressive and represents our brand well for current and potential clients. The facilities available there meet all of our office means and stand as our current headquarters. The staff is impeccable and give us and our clients first rate service. Caitlin & Allison are amazing! They are always cordial, friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. I really wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the city! Best ever! I can work from home anytime I wish, but our Servecorp space is so good, it makes me want to go work in the office everyday!

I am truly grateful for all Rachael and Leah do for me everyday. They are always willing to help and their friendly demeaner and positive attitude make our work environment enjoyable. They are always extremely polite and welcoming to my clients that come to the office. We are lucky to have them both in Buckhead.

We are currently there biggest service office client in China. In our experience they would use any loophole in the contract to cost you tens of thousands of pounds. Also we had to dedicate a member of stuff to control there related mistake cost. We found out that we where paying them a lot for several months and when we confronted them they just called it a unrelated chain of mistakes in billing , IT ... . There manager in one case also friend her self with on of the employees and gave her confident that a verbal agreement would be sufficient. This cost us in the end over 20 thousand's. And the poor employee and her team lost most probably every trust in human being. My experience with this company in general was very painful and to be honest I was disgusted from there very low moral values. If you however decide to use them, Make sure that you use a very good lower to review all there contractual terms. One of there managers even told me: this how we deal with Guaila (Foreign devil in Cantonese) in servecorp.

Having just come out of a leardership position with a Fortune 500 Company, I can recognized talent. The timing of my transition to ServCorp was gruelling, well over a year. Ashlyn was pleasantly persistent (impeccable with follow-ups and answering question/requests), but the most impressive and helpful thing she did was (that is lost on many)……..she would THINK!! It was obvious that before she would pick up the phone to “check-in with me”, she would have thought of a couple of ideas that may be of value to me. I was always impressed with her very pleasant persistence and the fact that she had taken the time to plan before she picked up the phone. The ServCorp office in Dallas is very nice, no doubt, but there was actually a property I like better. The fact that every time I spoke to Ashlyn it was a nice experience and the fact she put thought into her follow-up and displayed a commitment to add value to what I was trying to accomplish; we signed with ServCorp. Ashlyn made the difference and was the deciding factor. – Job well done Ashlyn!

My company has been with the Servcorp team at their Pennsylvania Avenue location in Washingon, DC for 3 years now and we love it!! The entire Servcorp team has been entirely responsive to the needs of our start-up company as we have grown and faced new challenges. The team is very skilled and is always very professional with our clients. The Team Leader, Laura Young, is very friendly and has taken time to learn how our company operates.
