I had a drive that was dead - replaced ASAP!

Steve Warner made things very easy
I was buying an expensive part (GPU enablement kit for a Dell server), so price and lead times were very important. Steve Warner made things very easy, moved very quickly, answered all my questions. In 5 minutes I had the info I needed to go ahead with the purchase. It was a great customer experience.
