Device replacement
No fue tan simple hacer mi reclamacion, pero una vez que se explico el problema rapidamente atendieron mi solicitud y me hicieron un remplazo de dispositivo, me encanto que es exactamente el mismo dispositivo en color y todo, el accidente fue un viernes y para el dia martes a primera hora ya tenia mi nuevo dispositivo, muchas gracias por su excelente atencion y su servicio!
