Servify has wrung me through the wringer on what should have been a very simple repair on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra S23. The back, 10x camera, and vibration module all failed after an accident. The battery was also under performing. As parts were unavailable, Servify timed out several of the claims despite the request sitting with their repairer while we were waiting for parts. Servify forced me to file multiple claims to reinstate the request, and then charged me multiple deductibles. They're now requesting proof of all of this despite all of the evidence sitting with them, and I will need to file chargebacks.

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG CARE +
DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG CARE +
DO NOT BUY SERVIFY
This place is the worst! Honestly the agents do not listen to a single thing you say. I say "Hey i need help being guided through your website" agent " im sorry you are having issues. I wish I could help but I can't take a credit card over the phone".
Worst kind of insurance to have. Literally buy any other insurance out there.

If I could leave less than one star I…
If I could leave less than one star I would. I purchased a galaxy fold recently placed it directly in a case so it wouldn't get damaged. This specific case uses adhesive to stick to the phone and create a safe barrier. Well apparently I should have waited case I went to purchase Samsung care the next day and not only did they require I take the case off but then they reject the video I took for verification for the screen being off even though the imei is displayed on screen. Call customer Service who has me take yet another video and get this, they emailed me again 2 days later for ANOTHER VIDEO..... I've taken clear videos where fhe phone is clearly visible. This is insane and I hope this company really gets their act together. Samsung use a better company please
UPDATE (JUNE 19, 2026): It gets significantly worse. Looking back, this company has shown a pattern of predatory behavior. During the initial service issue I had with them, they used a one-time application to accept my device on a request that I take down my honest, critical feedback from this platform. They literally tried to manipulate their review score.
Fast forward to Care+ Claim #IVWPD0AIGX69. I lost my phone on June 8th which is covered under my Theft and Loss option and filed a claim on Monday June 15th, allowing myself a week to see if it turned up before contacting this company knowing this was going to be another horrible interaction based on the past. On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 8:06 PM MDT before finalizing the claim or paying my $200 deductible, I saw a color mismatch. Their frontline staff flat-out told me their administrative system was completely incapable of changing or correcting the inventory assignment. They told me my only choice was to accept the Blue Shadow profile or walk away. They used my deductible and my urgent need for a replacement as leverage to force me to fold.
The box arrived today. What they actually delivered for my $200 deductible was a Certified Pre-Owned (USED) unit (SKU: SM-F966UDBEXAA | CPO). They are using automated database strings matching regional 'EXAA' codes as a loophole to claim a second-hand, wrong-colored device is "like kind and quality" to the pristine, brand-new 2 month old device I am actively financing at full retail price. What kind of premium service dumps secondary-market overstock on a valued customer. The most disgusting part of this entire experience is that Samsung directly backs and enables these shady business practices. They aggressively market 'Samsung Care+' as a premium, first-party safety net for their luxury flagships, but they consciously choose to partner with a company like Servify to handle the dirty work. Samsung knows exactly how this contract logistics trap is engineered, and they continue to let their partners squeeze consumers who are actively paying full retail financing prices. If Samsung actually cared about their brand integrity or their customers, they would step in and police this garbage. Instead, they pocket your premium money and let Servify hand you second-hand overstock.

DO NOT BUY THE FAKE SERVIFY + SAMSUNG PLUS GUARANTEE; IT IS A RIPOFF
Servify provides terrible customer service and makes it impossible to file a complaint with a real human. When my Samsung Galaxy S25 battery health dropped to 50%, I visited the Samsung Experience Center in Frisco, Texas. After waiting 40 minutes, I was shown a useless graph claiming 100% internal cells, so no battery replacement. This is ridiculous: my phone went from charging every two days to barely one day. Servify denies obvious battery degradation and avoids accountability.

My experience with Servify
My experience with Servify (Samsung Care+) was poor and did not meet reasonable expectations for a premium device protection plan.
I filed a claim for a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and received a replacement that did not match my original specifications and arrived with visible physical damage. While I understand replacements may be remanufactured and color is subject to availability, sending a damaged unit reflects a serious lapse in quality control.
The only resolution offered was another remanufactured replacement with no guarantees regarding condition or specifications. A brand-new replacement or refund was not meaningfully offered, despite the circumstances.
Overall, the process felt inflexible and dismissive of legitimate concerns. For a flagship device and paid insurance plan, the level of service and quality assurance was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I intend to cancel my Samsung Care+ coverage.

Scam artists
Initially nothing to complain about. I submitted a claim, received a shipping label/instructions, shipped my laptop with a broken screen for repair, it was repaired in a few days and shipped back. Then spiralling downward from there.
I received my returned laptop, opened the box, and opened the laptop only to find a broken screen. Clearly the original screen had been replaced, but either replaced with broken screen, broken while or after replacing, or broken when packaging for return. The return shipping box did not appear damaged, crushed or abused during shipping, but the laptop was poorly protected and likely crushed when packaged for return.
This is where things went from bad to horrendous. I immediately contacted Servify (Samsung Care Plus), explained the circumstances and was told to send pictures to samsungmxcare (aka Servify), which I promptly did, and was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. It has been a week and still no contact. I have called Servify back multiple occasions only to be told "we're investigating", "we've escalated your claim", and "someone will contact you shortly". No one is ever going to contact me because they are running a scam. They know very well that if they give you the runaround long enough they can scam you out of more money. There is no way this company has a legitimate "4.4" rating on Trust pilot. Check Reddit and other sources, this company is are professional con-artists.
