The process was very fast and easy!
The process was very fast and easy. When I called in, there was barely any wait time. I got the order number I needed to complete my warranty fix to the store and it was transferred while I was still on the phone with the technician. Great service!

Broke my screen again, but Samsung's tech saved the day
My device was repaired earlier than promised and as has been my previous experience with repairs at the Samsung location, the repairs were done with original factory parts by skilled techs to restore my phone to as close to original specifications as possible after I unfortunately broke my screen again...
