Used Sesame to get some labs done and a video visit for a refill I needed. Booking took maybe two minutes and the doctor actually went over my results and messaged me back the same day. Ended up cheaper than what my copay would have been at a regular office.

The doctor was easy to talk to and was receptive what you had to say.

Very fast and consistent

Dr. Chacon was on time for my appointment. She made sure all my questions were answered and really seemed to care about me.

The doctor was late just a few minutes, but other than that she was very nice and friendly and listened intensively. Reviewed the past record and she sent over a medication to the pharmacist and a note to my employer immediately. Very helpful indeed.

Receive my medication late because I wasn’t home to sign for and then they told me it was no good and that it was my responsibility so I lost my money. Bad experience.

App is confusing. Had a few times where I went to request or book an appointment went all the way through all of the question they asked every time, only to discover my healthcare provider had literally no appointments open. Then I would have to message her ask for her to open availability, then go back in and rebook a whole appointment. Not exactly user friendly and not great when your mental health is failing. When booking I tried to write a paragraph or two about my situation only to realize that she never even received that because once you go through and you can't book it, won't send because there was no appointments to click on. Disappointed.

The provider was kind and was experienced. She asked the right questions and was able to help me quickly.
