I orderd an account for NTE and its been well over a day. Got nothing, even sent an email and they don't respond

I bought a Genshin Impact account, on the site it says it can take up to 24 hours, I waited and I still haven't received anything. I sent an email, I'm waiting for a response but I think this site is fraudulent.

Bought an account and cant be used. They put a big bold warning sign no refund for a reason.
