Two hooks are better than one!
Had a single hook for a few years and wife wanted to try a double hook after watching Magic Mike XXL so I pulled trigger on this one and we enjoyed this one very MUCH! Lookin forward to much more swinging fun:---)

Horrible experience with shipping and handling
I ordered this for a special occasion and paid for 2 day shipping, allowing 3 for it to get here. My order did not get here on time. UPS said sex swing.com missed the deadline to get it out that day for 2 day shipping. I received it days after my special occasion. My shipping charges were returned. However, I ordered weeks ago, and I have STILL not received my headrest. For a company the raves about customer satisfaction, I am NOT impressed. I feel like more could have been done to get me my item on time. I could have purchased this from 15 other websites. Update: I was contacted by the company the next morning about my headrest, and they said they are sending it. I did have a bad experience, but the company is very responsive and nice. This doesn't change the experience I had, but I do believe other customers had much better experiences.

I am very sorry you have had a bad experience. We are not perfect, but we will make every effort to do right by our customers. Your order was shipped immediately after it was placed however it was routed wrong in transit. We were not made aware of the problem until you contacted us at 9pm on a Friday. We tried to contact everyone possible. Even a couple hours earlier in the day we would have been able to overnight a second swing. Unfortunately that was not possible so we refunded you the full shipping amount right away. I am also sorry about the headrest. Headrests ship separately from swings in some cases. This is the first time this issue has been mentioned to us. We will look into it and if need be have a replacement sent out on Monday morning.

Fast delivery and a great product!
The swing we ordered was delivered very quickly even with standard shipping and the product was good quality and exactly as described. We are very happy with it and have had a lot of fun so far.
