I ordered two products that came from two different locations so they were not mailed together. It wasn’t until I got the first item that I found this out. I only received one tracking number and when it came I had to call to find out where the other item was. I gave only 4 Star because I was not told from the beginning they would be shipped separately and I wasn’t given both tracking numbers at the same time. Customer service was quick with response and sounded like a plausible explanation of why my order was not here.

Abby will go the extra mile to make sure the items in your order will work together and to ensure you get what you want as opposed to just sending out what you ordered. Great personal touch.
