I placed an order for sunglasses. I never got a notification that it was canceled. I never got my sunglasses and was credited back the money.

I ordered an item on Nov. 8th and today is Nov. 15 I didn't get delivered and anything still. I just got a confirmation email for my order, and now they are sending me a message about how's my experience. Where is my eyeglass? And when are you going to send it to me? I'm so mad about this situation

The sunglasses I ordered are men's sunglasses, but I received a pink case for it. We already have such sunglasses that we bought in an official Armani store and the case is black. I would like to ask if these sunglasses are really original?

Ordered sunglasses and after waiting for 3 days they said that it’s not available and I was refunded $30 less.

Very disappointed. After paying 38$ in shipment, I had to pay 20$ extra for import taxes, with no notice in advance. I tried to get an explanations by email but no one is responding. Please refund me the 20$!
