We really enjoyed our stay customer service was great restaurant’s and other things was very convenient.

I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered 2 bottles of facial cleanser & got 2 baby bottle nipples instead. There is no customer service number, only an email address, fingers crossed I will hear back. Update: I did hear back from the seller, and I was issued a refund. It is unfortunate that there isn't a customer service phone number to call.

I wouldn't trust ShelHealth anymore. I think they're just messing with their clients. My order's completely messed up. And even though it was one of the reallyy loooongeeest deliveries I know. That's not okay. I'm not ordering here anymore. Maybe I'm the only one so unlucky and the company is adequate, but my trust in ShelHealth has been lost.

Took about 2 weeks to receive my order after I contacted them. When it arrived, the glass containers were wrapped in 3 layers of bubble rap(great!) in box with pieces of other ripped up cardboard boxes used to fill the remaining space(not very professional in my opinion). While I am pleased I received my containers, I wasn’t happy with the packaging or time it took. Maybe the package got misplaced at the post office. I will purchase this produce from them again.
