If their response reaction time is an indicator of thorough and prompt service then 5 stars is warranted. Surprise free postage and immediate shipping of my new nail-picking magnet. And it was made in the USA. Update: Received as promised and performs well. Picked up nails that dropped below my staging while new garage was under construction. It “saw” nails I couldn’t see and grabbed them. Useful mechanism to drop off acquired nails. Simple, easy, time saving.

I did a lot of research before buying this. I liked the fact that it is AMERICAN made! It is a very heavy duty magnet & it picked up all the nails & screws from a roof tear down & new install. We were considern that when mowing there would be some metal left in the grass, this wasn't the case. This magnet is more expensive then what you would get @ a local home improvement store. But there is no comparison, this baby does the job & will last.

Very easy to order online. Called into customer service who returned call quickly. Minimal assembly and all questions answered. Now to wait and use my new tow behind magnet once it arrives.
