This is misleading and i paid for nothing. I have expected an AI auto apply agent instead i got a day by day plan which i need to follow in my job search. I am not at all happy with this.
Response from Shift· Jul 20, 2026
Hi Ancysha, thank you for the honest feedback, and we're sorry for the mismatch in expectations. Shift is built around personalized coaching and a structured plan rather than an auto-apply agent, and we understand that wasn't what you were looking for. We'd like to make this right - please email us at [email protected] so we can help.

Team helped recreate my resume so I can apply to jobs other than teaching. We both agreed I need help with technology. Great to work with and great turnaround on answers to questions.
Response from Shift· Jul 16, 2026
Ann-marie, thank you for sharing this! We loved helping you reframe your resume for a career beyond teaching, those transferable skills go further than most people realize. Wishing you every success in your applications!

I found the website only moderately useful as I already had a pretty robust CV and I personally didn't learn much from the exercises. (Others' experiences may vary.) So only 3 stars for the website. However, the job coaching session was excellent. Thanks to the advice and materials she provided, I've really upped my game and LinkedIn profile. I look forward to my second session at the end of the month.
