This company is unethical. They kept our deposit and did not provide service. They breached the contract by not showing up to pick up the car because “Trump has picked up so many of their drivers that they are short staffed.” Mind you, they never contacted us to let us know that they were unable to ship the car. In lieu of providing services, they kept the deposit claiming we cancelled when in fact they did not show and didn’t even have the decency to give us a heads up in order to reschedule.

Excellent service and I highly recommend them . Sophia Johnson in particular is the best at her job . Excellent communicator and responds very quickly and accurately . I have shipped multiple cars and have worked with her exclusively. I have shipped with others in the past and had horror stories . I will always use this company and Sophia going forward .
