I got my problem resolved but today it took way too long, I believe it was a few hours which is too long, for the type of problem that I had today. So not the best review today

I never thought that everything would be so professional, simple, clear, and also at reasonable prices. The onboarding process was excellent, Silvana was very attentive and clear with everything. The Ship Hero dashboard is intuitive, easy, and has no hidden costs. The shipments go out fast and I have not had any problems. Very happy to have chosen shiphero, thanks to the whole team.
