I spent quite some time looking for a 3PL that had consistent shipping rates for all customers and that didn't require a custom "quote" like all the other ones. Everything is straightforward with Shiphero, they are true heroes of fulfillment :) They also have required onboarding session calls where they help you create your first shipment plan and to make sure you do everything correctly the first time around. So far a flawless experience, which is not surprising, because the customer focus and transparency are in every aspect of their service.
