Fast shipping. Good customer service. Instructions are not well written and some pictures are not clear. Some of the instruction appear contradictory. Great improvement in ride!

The ride quality and all around performance of the Shock Therapy spring kit is fantastic. It added a couple inches of ride height and doesn't squat when loaded down. I give it a 3 stars is for two reasons: limited to only one color option, and incomplete instructions. I watched the Shock Therapy installation video and followed it step by step, only to drop the General off the jack and it sat at 8" of clearance in the front. A list of spring adjustment measurements reflecting the different factory springs offered on Generals would be a great help.

Rear springs and cross over rings installed. I will be riding in a week or two. I will see if they made a difference?

There is no doubt that the parts I purchased are quality. Easy to install and work great! Keep up the good work ST.
