I have not gotten any information on our order. They were very quick to charge my card but that is all. I have gotten no responses to my emails and the phone number listed is a bogus phone number. I believe this is not a legitimate company.

I was a bit hesitant about this product until I used it. It works wonderfully and has helped in a lot of ways. Would buy it again If I needed to.

Machine does not work no customer support number

I have yet to receive the product I had purchased a month ago

Delivery took longer than expected. The device is perfect. I can already feel the impact.

It’s ok but I find it a little bit cumbersome.

First I bought machine because I had it done at my Dr office which charged me fore it. So I know how it suppose to feel and work. Well I saw this on the internet and it was in the middle range for price and it went up to the settings at that the Dr office did. When I purchased it. The email came up as shockwave device when the credit card contacts me because it comes up at shoe height company name. So there was a dispute took a while to get that straighten out. In that time the machine arrives. I try it out and the machine does not perform like the Dr's. I cannot feel anything at the head but I can feel it it the handle of the gun. So I contacted them they gave me a run around asking for videos and said they think it is working fine. If I cannot feel anything at the head but can feel it in the handle I am getting nothing .I would not recommend anyone to buy this machine. If the internet add would of disclosed where it would of came from I would not of bought it. If it would of came from the states I could of returned it because I am not satisfied .

The response from Lily has been amazing. Her advise and direction is very well laid out and easy to follow. I am very pleased with the product and help in using this devise.
