This company has no type of quality assurance program to ascertain the quality or content of the food that you order for your loved ones. They could care less if the food you order is delivered or actually what you ordered and paid for. They tell you to complain to the prison system which we all know is corrupt. The meals served are not as described and often not delivered at all but they take no responsibility for any of it and refuse to give refunds or credits . This is a very corrupt business profiting off of the families of people who are in prison . Truly sad!

If I could give zero stars I would. When calling to ask why the system isn’t working according to the program, they just argue to top it off when they don’t know the answer they hang up on you very poor customer service and a company. I’ll never do business with again.

This company deserves NO stars. I believe the facilities and icare gifts aka Aramark are scamming people out of our money. My orders for my loved ones are not being delivered. I gave them a second try and again I have to call numerous times beside the 16 days for a ticket and a response from the facility. If the facility has up to date info on my loved ones why is the order being delivered to another place? I believe the better business bureau needs to be contacted now. If you want to run around for funds they took right away and not have what you paid for delivered, this is the company to order from. Otherwise buyer beware!!

On 818 I ordered boneless wings and a cheese pizza for my daughter. She only received the boneless wings and now they’re telling me that I can’t be reimbursed for my cheese pizza and they said it’s in the terms but when I read the terms nowhere in there does it say I will not be reimburse. The people who answer the phones are very nasty rude individuals, Aramark you need to get rid of those people who doesn’t want to do proper business. Their attitude stinks and very, very nasty.

Sent a care package to my brother and he was released a few days after I ordered. I emailed them to notify them of his release and was told I would have to wait 20 days for refund. About 20 days or so I received a email saying my package was delivered to my loved one. My loved one is not in jail anymore so how can he receive package. It should be easy open and shut case, if someone is not there to get it, it was not received but no they won’t refund. They claim someone singed my brother name for it yet court documents show he was not there so explain that to me. Total scammers

This is the worst run business I’ve ever dealt with. My son never received his order and they don’t refund or try to redeliver your just out the money for items that are way overpriced to begin with. It’s a big scam.

I would like to say how satisfied I am with icaregifts today. Myself and other individuals who buy fresh meals and gift packages for our loved ones had an issue with the cookies given out to our inmates and they made it right thank you for that. I'm giving 4 stars only because your packages are very expensive and could be cheaper other than that I'm very satisfied with how you handled the complaint.

I ordered a package for my loved one and he never recieved it. I called for a refund they said they would submit a ticket and I would recieved my refund within 2 weeks. But I never did. When I called back to check on the ticket status of my refund they said I should have called back after 16 days of no refund and that there is now nothing they can do to process a refund. No one told me that and I basically got scammed for the total price of my order.
