Poor quality

Bin von den Kybun-Schuhen total enttäuscht. Habe MS und mit dem Laufen grosse Problene. Von der Werbung beeindruckt habe ich mir 3 Paar der Schuhe gekauft. Ein Jahr später muss ich feststellen, dass es eine Fehlinvestition war. Die Schuhe habe ich schon mehrere Monate nicht mehr angezogen. Die Schuhe geben mir einfach kein gutes Gefühl und ich bin Anfangs mit den Schuhen einige Mal gestürzt und umgeknickt. Dazu werde ich ständig mit Emails "bombardiert". Für mich hat sich Kybun erledigt.

Customer support don’t respond and they make it very difficult to return goods. I ordered boots on line which when they arrived didn’t suit my feet . There was no return information with the box so I went on line and could only talk to chat bot that said use the customs invoice and post back but I told them the customs invoice and returns form weren’t there and I have e mailed their customer support several times without response and the 10 day limit for returns is running out .

Hände weg!!!! Für Orthopädieschuhe ist millimetergenaue Arbeit erforderlich! Das bekommt man hier nicht! Nach Reklamation erfolgt ein „Kundenservice“ amerikanischer Art: Viele freundliche Worte, immer wieder neue Auflagen ( schicken Sie Fotos…) und letztendlich die Erklärung, dass ein 6 Monate alter Schuh nicht repariert oder ersetzt wird. Bei diesen Preisen von über 300€ pro Paar (drei Paar gekauft) eine traurige Erfahrung! Amerikanische Firma - keine Schweizer!!!

Realy bad shoes. Stay away. These shoes promise a lot and with a very high price you could think it is something special. I bought a pair and they were first small in size, they was clumsy and looked very bad. Later they also started to get broken. I tried to talk to them, but my warranty was out with just some days and they refused to help me. It was not possible to repair them either. Kubyn shoes is really not worth the price. You get shoes that not will hold for long, that is not comfortable to wear and they look very ugly.

Sole is soft and bouncy but the shoes do not provide motion control and the soles are not durable at all. Within 6 months they started to fall apart.

Ich trage (leider) schon lange Kybun-Schuhe. Das Unternehmen hat sich von "Top kundenorientiert" in kürzester Zeit zu "lausiger geht gar nicht" entwickelt. Beispiel: Die sind nicht einmal in der Lage, eine Rechnung wegen Retouren irgendwie anzupassen mit der Begründung, es sei halt alles automatisiert. Interessiert mich das? Jedes KMU kriegt dies hin. Kybun ist eine Firma, die nur noch ein rudimentärer Schatten von dem ist, was sie einmal war. Woher kommt dieser plötzliche Absturz??:-(
