Great experience except the people that make the seat cushions do not have a 1 inch mark on their tape measures (everything in 2 inch increments)

Absolute worst customer service ever. Went online to order a seatbelt. The online shipping calculator told me that it had to come on truck freight and was 200 dollars for shipping a 35 dollar seatbelt. Called in and spoke to someone. Was told they would get a shipping quote and call me next day. Waited 2 days and heard nothing. Spoke to the same person, he told me he didn't call me because he was off. Which is fine, but dont promise someone you will call them back. Anyways, spoke to him and he got me an accurate shipping quote, however now they do not stock the seatbelt and have no idea when they will get it back in stock. He again told me he would call me next day, never called me back, which honestly, I am not surprised about. I took my business elsewhere and will not be ever going back.
