Uses all manual processes for the whole operation. We sometimes doesnt get receive email. We sometimes get the email 2 times. Sometimes the comfirmation mail comes twice. No way to consolidate packages. No customer management platform or even account management. Shopforwarding needs to invest on technology. Their servies feel more backward than when i started using eBay in 2007.
