للادارة الشركة سيء جدا على مدار سنة من التعامل مع شركة شوبيني عدم الرد على الاتصال وتجاهل الكثير من الاميلات ضياع الكثير من المواد وكانت تجربة سيئة جدا لا انصح بالتعامل معهم

I've been a premium member of Shopiniword, but their service has declined. They no longer take photos of items, their system doesn't update progress or tracking, and they've lost two of my items. After shipping a package with missing items, customer service blamed the seller and offered no help, frequently citing high demand as an excuse. Very disappointing experience.

مستحيل أسواء خدمه على الإطلاق بحيث أول مرة حياتي اواجه هيج دعم تعبان بحياتي ماجاوبون على أي رقم من الي مخلي و لا الايميل و الجات و لا أي شي ماكو اي رد و عندي الف مشكلة. بشحناتي بسببهم و طالب استرداد للاموال بعدها كامو ميجاوبون فعلا ما انصح أي أحد يتعامل وياهم عن نفسي اذا ما لكيت رد راح اقدم شكوى لان عندي كل الدلائل ياريت أي واحد يشوف تعليقي لايتورط ويا هيج شركه فاشلة

Hi Everyone, Please do not trust these guys, they are robbers, I do have an evident proof, that my item was shipped from Amazon by UPS but never received to my account on Shopiniworld’s platform, so please avoid this website.

dont trust them dont use them just for 1 time as well they have robers in his storage they will takeing your packages and signing for usps and saying we didnt also when items in your package they will taking out and not sending to you after you checking they saying we was forget it !!! i lost 4items 800$ costed me
