Some of the rudest, most aggressive contractors I have ever worked with. I will not hire them again, even though they are cheaper than many competitors, because they were so shockingly disrespectful. I would give them 1 star because of how unpleasant the experience was, but the work they ultimately did was fine, so I will give two stars to be fair.

Hi Julia, I am the owner of Shotcount and I am sorry you felt this way. How would we improve our attitude and actions if you do not tell us what made you feel disrespected? Also, I see the records that you hired us twice. Once in September 2021 and the second time in December 2021. Were both experiences disrespectful and why did you hire us a second time if you felt this way. Just wondering because you mention that you will not be hiring us again although that's exactly what you did. Just trying to get into the cause effect/repeat business dynamics.
