I sent the request for info. Several days later I got a call from someone but I had found a lower cost option. The caller was courteous, asked a couple questions, and let me know they could not improve on the option I had found. Had my need been on a larger scale, I suspect they might have been able to make an offer. I appreciated her honest answers and the resulting time savings.

I appreciate the timely response. I was hoping to receive more quotes then from one company. However, I do plan to utilize the company.
