The problem is communication. The company told me it would ship out on a certain date, arrive about 2-3 days later and I would get a call about delivery to coordinate it. It didn’t come when they said so I reached out and it wasn’t in production yet. They gave me a new date. It didn’t ship out on that date either. Sign showed up over a week and a half late. No call about coordinating the delivery. And they delivered it to the wrong address, my house not my business. So I then had to move the sign myself to my business.

I sent the email below following our installation and never received a response. It would have been a good gesture on their part. I also think they should work with customers on payment. Payment in full is difficult for us when we charge the customer 50% down on projects. Some customers (Gov, school districts, etc. will not give any down payment and only pay upon completion) Those jobs we wouldn't consider using SignMonkey. Hi James & Kayla, We were able to get the 42’s installed this week. The customer is happy with the installation, and I will send you pictures when I have them. I did want to let you know there were a few issues with the install. There was a lot of trash left inside each number and lights that had become loose that we had to remove all the faces after we installed them to clean them out and reattach lights that were hanging down on the faces. One had a nail left in it and all had a fair amount of metal shavings. All of which rested directly on the acrylic faces after they were installed. I am sure most of your channel letters and light boxes are not mounted on a ceiling. I just thought you might want to know for future projects. Thank you for your help with this project. John

It is going on 2 weeks waiting for sign to ship. It would be best to ask for a survey after product is received....

I have been happy with their signs in previous orders. They did not include any mounting hardware or layout with my current order. Only one tracking number was provided. Waiting for customer service to handle this issue.

I am a repeat customer of SignMonkey and have had good experiences each time. My only [2] criticisms on my most recent order are 1: I was told my items would ship on Friday, they shipped the following Tuesday and 2: on a few of the acrylic letters, the paint finish was a bit rough, there were a few pieces of small "trash" in the finish. Though it would not be visible to anyone except the installer from arm's length, I would not have accepted this from one of my painters or for a project that did not have an exceedingly tight schedule already thrown off by the shipping delay.

Advertise 5 day rurn around, took 3 weeks.

Overall, the customer service works well. We have submitted a couple of different drafts for quotes cause our customer wants to know different prices depending on the design. However, production time has a big delay. We submit payment on 10/19/2021 and our order is still in the manufacturing step even a website is promising 5 days for it, and the estimated shipping date is 10/26/2021. Until yesterday (11/1/2021), nobody has notified us about some delay at manufacturing, We have to check and ask an agent on your website by ourselves. Our customer should have had his order done by now. We understand that perhaps you didn’t know that your production team was falling behind, but we also have a customer for who we have promised a deadline based on your words. I’m hoping that we’ll get our order done faster and the next time we will be notified about any delay on time to give our customer correct updates. Thank you
