SigsyncReviews of sigsync.com

Before Sigsync, keeping signatures up to date was a bit of a chore. Every time someone changed roles or got a new number, we’d have to chase people to update their Outlook signature, and honestly half of them never got round to it. Running it all from one place has taken that off our plate. The thing that’s saved us the most time is making a change once and having it apply across everyone, instead of sending out instructions nobody follows. Pulling employee details straight from Microsoft 365 has been handy too, so new starters end up with the right signature without us doing much. I’ll admit getting our first template to look exactly how we wanted took a bit of trial and error. Once it was set up though, it mostly looked after itself. If you’re trying to keep company signatures consistent without adding more work for IT, it’s worth a look.

I use Sigsync to centrally manage email signatures, keeping branding consistent and professional across the company without manual effort. It solves the issue of outdated signatures and reduces mistakes by automating updates through Microsoft 365, saving time and ensuring accurate communication.

It has mad email process more convenient

Our main goals were to establish strict brand consistency across our email communications and find a practical way to foster engagement. Sigsync allows us to achieve both without complex setup on individual machines. The centralized control ensures that every department stays aligned with our brand guidelines automatically.

Easy to use. Outstanding!!!

Sigsync has been the best email signature manager I’ve worked with. It’s super easy to set up, the interface is clean, and managing signatures across the whole team is a breeze. The consistency it gives our brand has been a huge plus. Totally recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-designed Office 365 signature management solution.

As the IT manager of a mid-sized company, I often struggled with employees using different email signatures. Some created their own formats, others forgot to include legal disclaimers, and the overall impression for clients was inconsistent. After moving to Sigsync, I finally have full control over all signatures from a central dashboard. Every outgoing email now has the correct branding, and I can easily add marketing banners or update details without asking individual users to make changes. What I appreciate most is the balance of compliance, consistent branding, and simplicity that Sigsync brings. It has made managing our company-wide email signatures far more professional and stress-free.

Sigsync has been a real time-saver for us. Before, managing email signatures across our team was chaotic — different formats, outdated info, inconsistent branding. Since switching to Sigsync, everything is handled centrally, and it just works. The interface is clean, and setting up signatures is much easier than we expected. We also use it to promote events and add banners, which is a nice bonus. Support was surprisingly responsive — they even offered to walk us through the setup when we had questions. Overall, it’s one of those tools that quietly solves a big problem. Highly recommend it if you use Microsoft 365.
