Overall experience
The customer support and data coverage is impressive indeed! However, during the last 2 days the VPN stopped working and this has caused unnecessary stressful experience. Despite reaching out over to them in regard to this problem, no answer was obtained

Good ordering process.
Good ordering proces, clear explaination on the pickup on the Airport. At the airport it takes a littlebit of time to register your sim, but was ready within 10 minutes. Used the services twice already when visiting China.

First time using Nihao mobile
Great service ! Answered my question promptly via the chat box. However, when picking up the card, the lady at the counter was slow as she is busy entertaining folks who are buying sim card on the go. I have to remind her my purchase. Got me worried as i bought 2 cards.
