It was absolutely amazing. I’ve been guided through every step. Other than the affordable price, its workers are very nice people. They made it really easy for us, we’re very grateful. I would give them more stars if I could.

I was very pleased with how SimpleCitizen made a complicated and stressful process Simple to navigate! Although the amount of information requested and number of questions can be intimidating, SimpleCitizen broke down the process into sections and manageable steps which made the entire process Simple! The case managers were excellent, knowledgeable and quick to respond! I am highly thankful for this service and would highly recommend SimpleCitizen to family and friends!

The quick response and thoroughness is what makes this company great. No email was left unread and I usually got same day responses for queries. I highly suggest this company to anyone who want to save themselves some money. I finally got my green card and I’m so grateful I took a chance on using simple citizens

If I could leave 10 stars I would!!!!!!!! The people at Simple Citizen were attentive, professional, and kind. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner. Even when I asked questions multiple times and was sometimes sloppy with my forms, they always made suggestions and allowed me to do it again, correct it and they even sent me a new set of forms when there was a mistake. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends around me going through the same process. It was worth every penny.
