SimpleCitizenReviews of simplecitizen.com

SimpleCitizen made our green card application 100x easier than if we had attempted to do it ourselves. The support was responsive and helpful when we had questions. The service was smooth, outlined and explained each step thoroughly, and provided adequate extended articles and explanations if needed. We thought we'd be able to do this application ourselves, and very well may have been able to, but SimpleCitizen made the process so easy I'm incredibly grateful we went with them. The amount of stress and time they saved us was worth every penny.

I got my green card in less than three months!! Alison was the wonderful agent who helped me. She was so accurate and just a pleasure to work with🤗. The system is so easy, they just have you upload the documents and then they fill all the paperwork to you. My experience with the SimpleCitizen team was outstanding. I purchased the premium package, and from start to finish, they were attentive, responsive, and incredibly kind. They were always available to help with anything we needed, and their support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

What a great team of individuals. EVERYONE at Simple Citizens deserve a gold crown on their heads. From the first day I had a chat with them, to the minute I got my green card, they were there all the way. I worked directly with Sofi and she was amazing. Always ready to answer all my questions. I cannot thank this great company enough.

Just received my PRC! I barely write reviews for anything, but I have to this time because SimpleCitizen truly deserves it. Their system made the green card application process so much easier by guiding me step-by-step with clear and detailed instructions. I also want to give a special thanks to Sofi and my case manager, Lindsay, for their amazing support. They were always professional, helpful, and responded to all my emails quickly whenever I had questions. Thanks to their help, the whole process felt smooth and much less stressful. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend SimpleCitizen to anyone going through the immigration process!

SimpleCitizen made the immigration process so much easier than I ever expected. My case manager, Wil, was amazing - always available, super helpful, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. The entire team was friendly, responsive, and made me feel confident throughout the process. The app itself is also incredibly simple and intuitive - you just follow the clear instructions, and everything falls into place. I felt completely supported from start to finish. Highly recommend SimpleCitizen to anyone looking for a stress-free immigration experience
