Simply the best and unmatched platform/portal for DIY I485 application.
Two killer takeaways define the ultimate delight experience of the online legal service platform. (for me at least I can say). 1. Like the title says, it's truly 'Simple' to deal with the 'complexities' of the process. It's a highly simplified, extremely well design and the easiest to consume online self-service user portal for marriage based green card process. The end user experiences have came through the experiences of the creators of this purely online legal immigration service portal. Their experiences and efforts through the times speak and I could feel it based on the conversations during the initial process of filling out forms through portal. 2. It’s truly a one stop shop for (I believe green card related process at least, if not bunch of other categories of immigration services). Portal is a breeze to work with and highly intuitive for any/all user to fill out forms without the panic. Service like this puts you in an unprecedented control of the process awareness which you never ever enjoy/expect by hiring any highly expert/expensive attorney, period. The support team is responsive during the business hours M-F to answer questions. You need to understand that this is not a brick and mortar attorney service where you call and walk in. It's a modern, technological flavor of legal service that works as a charm if you understand and realize the advantages of the platform they have created. The killer feature of portal is, 'communicate through chat ONLY'. And this makes perfect sense with sky clear responses if you're smart enough to ask/draft the 'clear/appropriate' questions in simple English. Char is archived for the later review, is a surprising feature. Trip to attorney's office won't give any one the ability to recall/revisit/review the historic conversations. This platform does. This is VERY important to me personally. I'm not here to write reviews (anything negative) because of delays by the USCIS (which is irrational to correlate for the unbiased review). Regardless whom you choose to present your case, USCIS is the ultimate authority to process the case, so makes no sense to upset on attorney's/service providers or portals like Simple Citizen. Beforehand careful review and preparation is the key, where these guys are master at. Thanks again to the entire team.
