Simple Mobile is in my Top 2 WORST companies of all time- and they aint number 2... I had simple mobile a few years ago and they were actually a really decent company! affordable and unlimited everything, including international data. Then i went to Tmobile. i recently realized i was receiving everything with simple mobile for half the price i was paying tmobile, so once my phone was paid off, i went back to simple mobile. WORST mistake ever.... and ive made a LOT of mistakes in my life.... i dont know what in the world happened but this is NOT the same company. i ALMOST want to call this a scam company now- and i do NOT use that term loosely like most folks. From the moment i received a SIM card in the mail, i had problems. from the number they assigned me not working, not getting service ANYWHERE and most of all, the customer service being an absolute JOKE. they will literally hang up on you if you approach them with an issue that is too complicate to resolve easily. the phone also hangs up automatically; they all read from a script and even tech support doesnt know what theyre doing. i stayed on the phone with simple mobile LITERLLY 8 HOURS the second day because they told me to wait 30 min the night before, for my number to update. the next morning still not working and it NEVER worked. after 8 hours or so i literally just gave up and went back to Tmobile like a dog with my tail between my legs smh. And to top it alllll off, they wouldnt give me a refund for the $50 monthly plan that i never got to use!!! they claimed they couldnt find my order in the system, even though i purchased everything ONLINE through THEIR website with a confirmation email and order number and everything smfh. im like how can you not find my order but you sent me the package i ordered..... big JOKE!! i hate that i didnt read the trustpilot reviews first because they say it all. i just assumed they were the same decent company i had years prior. i never received my refund and im dealing with my credit card company for it instead. Run. End of Story. Rant complete.

This company is an absolute shitshow. The Reup function activates itself and debits money by itself. Scammers and thieves. Customer service could not be worse. Avoid this company.

A zero would be more appropriate... Spoke with 5 representative over a 2 hour period to find an answer to a problem I had with switching services. ALL 5 dropped the calls. I guess that's what happens when you there is no accountability and employees that don't give a #@$k.

If there was a lower score to give will deserve if u whan to transfer your number either you stay with them or forget about your number so if possible activate your phone number with them because when u asked to take to another provider the will say ur information is no valid as you give them information on the account profile .

If I could give a zero rating, I would. The biggest mistake I made was purchasing their Moxee hotspot; the device NEVER worked. I bought a 30 day plan for the device, but has no service. I called in to customer service and someone answered claiming to be a manager; this person was so rude and ignorant, that I yelled at them and disconnected the call. This company needs to be investigated by the federal government and shutdown.

It's pretty Ironic that the name of this company is "simple mobile". We just spent about 5 hours trying to get a refund for a plan that we paid for that they wouldn't honor. Safe to say that we're done with "simple" mobile.

This company is a joke and an insult to consumer's intelligence. The waste of time and energy with these people asking me again and again to turn on and off my phone to enable international roaming, which never worked! The last agent I spoke with had the cynicism to tell me they don't offer international roaming and never had, despite their website clearly state they do! AVOID THIS PEOPLE!
