Everything was great until the day of …
Everything was great until the day of the sell, I had informed the buyer that I had just a few small things to grab in case they backed out like I had already had happen. Less than two hours after the sell I went to retrieve the items, I arrived to the lock broken off the door and my DeWalt radio playing in the kitchen gone. I called as soon as I noticed and once I said what had happened I never got a response. Three weeks later I got it back but it's the fact that it happened. Great, Fast buyer but do have all your stuff out.

Hey Terry, We are sorry to hear about that and have since gotten a new property manager that doesn't do things like this without confirming everything is good to go.
