The prescription sunglasses frames and lenses were of great quality and competitive price. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

I have a condition that makes my cornea change shape so getting an accurate Rx is difficult I guess. My prescription was redone twice! at no extra charge until my optometrist got it right. Stephanie in customer service was the best. Thanks

I ordered two pair of Silhouette glasses that I absolutely love. I found the ordering processto be very simple and easy, I emailed a picture of my prescription and got my glasses about two weeks later. The price for my glasses was excellent, I got one full prescription pair of glasses and another pair of just the frames for the cost of one pair of frames from any eyeglass stores in my area. I 100% will order glasses from simplyeyeglasses.com again.

Sent one pair back to a warehouse address in Secaucus, NJ. Never heard anything and no one at the company will admit they had a really bad return process which they have since changed. Still waiting for my $109.

Hi Donna, We are located in FLORIDA. We have no affiliation with any company in New Jersey. I looked into your order and found notes you had accidentally sent the frame you wanted to return to a different company. I have left a message for you to give me a call. Thank you, Cindy

I initially accessed the website for products and availability. I had questions about the ordering process and a particular item and called customer service. The CS representative answered my questions, walked me thru the ordering process and I am very pleased with my purchase. the best part was the price which was very reasonable compared to my research of other vendors.

I fell and broke my arm and the nose piece on my Sillouette glasses. When I purchased them at my Drs office the frames alone cost me $350.00 and I was heart broken they could not be fixed. I was desperate to get the same comfortable hingeless, frameless frames but now they were $399.00 at my Drs office. So I looked online and found Simply Eyeglasses.com. I was so happy they had my same exact frames for $189.00. The people there are so nice, helpful and easy to work with. I love Simply Eyeglasses.com!!!!
