Back in May, I ordered bath sponges. Never arrived. Now August. I'm on a limited budget. Can't something be done about this "company"? (Probably run by a Nigerian Prince)

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I’ve had the same experience as a few of these other reviews - I made a purchase in April. Waited some time and when the product didn’t arrive, I gave them a call. They said it’s delayed but that it should arrive. My products DID NOT arrive after I waited more than enough time so I called to get a refund. They said they would refund me. 5 calls and 4 emails later I realize they are not going to refund me so from the advice of these reviews, I call my bank to dispute the claim. It is very unfortunate that there are so many companies like these taking money from people and also wasting our time. Do NOT waste your time with simply good stuff.com

If I could give a negative review of -10 I would. Clearly these people running this company don't understand that by using a Credit Card I can dispute the charges and receive a refund. This company gets a bad credit rating by the CC companies that will eventually cut them off from all CCs. What a stupid way to conduct business.

7 emails, paypal dispute, and escalation finally got a response. 4 weeks, and item has not arrived.

If I could give a negative I would! Nothing but scammers!!!!! Had to get my bank involved for credit back! Ordered on 4/30/24 a duster. Never received it! Said it was on back order, then when contacted again by email, because they NEVER answer their 800 number, said it was finally back in stock & I would be getting shipping info. Never did & sent another email never hearing back. At least my CC is getting credited for this fraudulent company!!! DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from them!!! Another Chinese scam group!

i ordered a grass trimmer head from them 10 weeks ago. sent 3 emails to them. got same answer, order in process of shipping. no confermation of shipping or a tracking number. wont order from them again.

Ordered a jar opener for senior for $8.90 from Simply Good Stuff. Immediately my credit card was charged and an emailed was received on my order received. Since then, the company is MIA, no further information on shipment. When called, a recording message came on to email because the call was either outside of business hours or operators are currently busy. So emailed on my order, no one replied. This company is a scam, DEAD and MIA (missing in action) on delivery. When it came to taking your money, it was fast but no delivery. Don't buy from it, and these people should be prosecuted for fraud.

There is no option for zero stars, so one star it is. Simply put, this is a disreputable excuse for a company. Four months and several emails later I still have no product and no refund. I gather from other reviews that I am not alone. I should have done my research first, but I did not expect to be treated so poorly. Buyer beware.
