Cool powerful little nuc. Super smooth.

Very happy with my NUC. I was looking for a 4K player where I can also store my movie library then I ran into Intel NUC and SimplyNUC website. Product info was laid out VERY NICELY. It even included the product specification PDF in the website so you don't have to go anywhere. When I received the product, it was missing a power cord. Luckily, they have a chat functionality on their website. Very convenient! The same day, they mailed the missing item and received it the following day. Customer service is excellent.

We had an item that was missing in our shipment. The customer service to correct this issue was exceptional. They were fast and got the missing part shipped out to us ASAP.

All parts and services were properly handled. More or less expedient service. I think I’m missing a NUC9 flashlight :(

The product is first rate and performs as promised. The only negative aspect of my experience was a delay in shipping the item. It arrived about a month or more behind schedule and there was little if any contact in advance to advise about the delay.

I got my Ghost Canyon NUC D.O.A. Service was very helpful in trouble shooting. I got my computer back inna few dayz good as new. Service even helped me get a Windows 10 reactivation.
