Simple process, all we had to do was insert the new SIM cards. Worked flawlessly from the moment we landed. Would recommend to anyone visiting the US.

The Mail was delayed. I could Not use your SIM Card. Please do not work with FedEx anymore. I was more then disappointed.

My experience with this company has been absolutely amazing, they have a very responsive and efficient customer service, I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to the USA. The sim works exactly how it is supposed to, you just insert it in your phone and it starts working. No further action required. It made my arrival to the USA so smooth and easy since I absolutely needed Google Maps to get around as soon as I left the airport! I'd suggest the company to broaden maybe the offers since it's available only the monthly one, however it's quite expensive if you are staying for a shorter period of time. I stayed only for 2 weeks and I had to pay the monthly charge :/ that's the only "downside", but the connection works fast and it's reliable, so it's highly recommended regardless. I'd definitely use this service again.
