I own two bags from Sinbono. On one of them, the hardware (which is actually painted plastic) started chipping after just two uses. I contacted them and they gave me a voucher to buy a new one. I opted for a different model. Now, after two years of very occasional use — about once every two months per bag — both bags are peeling on the edges. The “vegan leather” is a very thin layer of plastic. Their customer service is good, but the quality of the bags is disappointing.

Los bolsos entiendo que tienen una calidad correspondiente al precio y son bonitos. Sin embargo, la política de devolución que ponen en la web, no es real. En teoría, ponen que si quieres devolver algo, tienes que escribir al customer support y ellos preguntan el motivo de devolución, te dan las instrucciones de cómo devolverlo, y el envío del paquete va a cargo del comprador. SIN EMBARGO, les contacté para devolver uno de los bolsos que compré, y lo único que me ofrecen son un vale descuento para comprar otro bolso o devolverme una parte (pequeña del dinero). No sé si es una buena política o no, pero des de luego no es lo que se reporta en la web.

Ordered the wrong bag size and when I asked for a refund only options were to get a small percentage of my money back or 40% off my next purchase.

The Hobo bag is made well but has a terrible chemical smell and I would never carry it. So I contact to return and there is a 70% restocking fee!! I will never recommend this company or ever buy from them again.
