I have been insured by Sinceeity for about six years. Melissa was great in getting me insured as well as always being available to answer any questions I may have had. I also love that each renewal period, she shops to make sure I am receiving the best rate.

I have been with Sincerity Insurance for several years. The service and customer care is great. I live in a wildfire area. I contacted Sincerity when my homeowners insurance was cancelled. Sincerity found me insurance at a very reasonable cost. I insure my autos and another home with Sincerity. Every renewal they review my policies and compare them to what's currently available. Saving me money every renewal. Their customer service is great!

Best insurance agent ever!! Professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Going to refer everyone!

Melissa responded quickly to my request to see if she could find me comparable car insurance coverage for less money. She did that and more. I ended up switching 3 car policies from one big name ins co to another, but now pay less than what I would have paid just to cover my one car. And she got me expanded coverage on my home owners insurance, for less money. I’m so glad I reached out to her to do ‘her magic’. I recommend that you call her to see if she can find a way to save you money.

Melissa is the best! We trust her 100% and she knows everything and makes it all easy so we don’t have to worry! Thank you! Five star review!

Melissa Probst is the most honest and hard working insurance agent I have ever met. She LOVES insurance. More than that, she LOVES getting her clients the absolute best deal possible. She takes a personal interest in making sure we have the best, most comprehensive, and most cost effective plans in place. I go to her for everything and I can’t stop recommending her to everyone. You cannot go wrong with Melissa Probst!!!

Very experienced agent, proactive and does her job well. You won't go wrong with Melissa!

I had searched all over for good insurance at an affordable price. I don’t have the best driving record so quotes have been high. Anyway the last couple of years my record has been clean but I still have been getting very high quotes from companies. Then I came across Sincerity Insurance Solutions. Melissa is very good at what she does, when I say I got exactly what I wanted at an affordable price I did. She was very polite and the speed of service was amazing. She got things done in a timely manner and I was able to sign everything digitally with ease. I had my auto and home insurance in what seemed to be a matter of minutes and and my proof of insurance followed. If you want a good affordable, honest and knowledgeable place to get insurance. Let this be your one stop shop.
