I DID LOAD FOR THIS COMPANY AND NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT BECAUSE NEVER GIVE ANSWER TO MY FACTORY COMPANY DON'T DO AGAIN

Do not do business with this organization. We booked a load with this broker and the driver arrived at the shipper. After 2 hours of the driver sitting there the broker finally reached out and changed the terms of the load 6 times in 30 minutes As we had already been sitting there, we agreed to complete the load. Load was supposed to be no touch but multiple stops required assistance due to staff being inexperienced, broken equipment, or no equipment. Broker refused to pay driver assist and we had to fight with them for 3 days to get detention pay. Do not use this broker unless you want problems from start to finish. Very deceptive, unethical, and unprofessional.

Very unprofessional dispatch department. Whenever you call them, most of their agents don't even know the details of the load. Most of the time, they'll either give inaccurate information or simply hang up on you. It's very frustrating to work with them.
