The website isn’t labeled clear enough for someone who doesn’t order regularly. I needed the self adhesive glitter and apparently ordered the heat transfer only. I didn’t know there was a difference. Their customer service is also terrible. I called several times with no answer. When someone finally answered she was rude and her following emails were also rude. I would never order here again.
