Poor Communication and surprises on the closing date.

Got a great rate and all the resources at Sistar were very easy to work with and had a very fast response time. They were able to close the loan extremely fast and the whole process was painless. Highly recommend them

This was a stress free experience for me and Eldridge help streamline me through the whole process. Very helpful and informative on every step that was taken. I highly recommend doing business with this team!

Too many follow ups needed. Final rates are not clear until the very end. Although I initiated the process innNovember, it took until February to close. I believe the rates were better in November which I missed due to the delay.

It wasn't the great experience. Extremely less response by Loan officer. If I message him on Monday and he replies on next Monday. Not good.

Overall the experience was okay and could have been better with being more transparent on the process and rates. We have instances of information not being shared clearly related to closing process, rate lock and needed multiple followups with the Loan officer. Closing and funding was done on time without any delay from the Lender.

Very minimum communication to answer questions, long process (twice much of average), team work doesn’t get done as a team
