On my 1st loading day, followed diet instructions, down 2 pounds already!

It is easy enough ... but I have been hungry.

Its going better this time than the last time I tried this (it's been 18 months) I am not as hungry. I started on May 9 and as of May 17 I am down 7.6 pounds. Wish there was more of a variety of fruit to eat.

Great product.If you follow the protocol you will lose weight but it is a big adjustment when you first start out. You will be happy with the results.
