after just 3 months the battery packed in... unit wouldn't charge even thou red led came on..soon as it was unplugged it wouldn't work. 1 year warranty is useless as you have to pay for the cost of postage even thou there is a 1 year warranty and the product is defective...cheaper to buy a new unit (obviously not the a skull shaver product) is this even legal under eu consumer rights regarding electronic goods??? surely if the unit it defective its up to the manufacturers to pay for the return?? good idea, bad quality product and very poor consumer service.

Do not purchase from this company. No deliver no updates no correspondence despite numerous attempts. No phone number nothing. Terrible way to treat people and take their hard earned money. Waited for weeks now still nothing

Worked until it didn`t, charged device then it no longer worked.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered my item 10 days ago because I read their site and their delivery times and it seems their times are completely untrue. It is not possible to contact them because they only provide an email address and they never ever answer their emails. I have been given a royal mail tracking number and have seen that royal mail have not received the item. I called the royal mail and they verified it has not even been sent to them. So ten days later and the item is not even on its way to the postal delivery service let alone out for delivery to me. This was for a birthday present and it is a lot of money. I have no way of knowing if this will EVER be sent, let alone a date to expect it because no one answers their emails and there is no phone number.

Do NOT use butterfly kiss on bikini area or armpits! It said in the amazon add that you can but you can NOT it will cut and cause rashes unfortunately:( Great for legs though and the exfoliator is awesome

Scam, Scam Scam. Spent £200 as I ordered two shavers, only received one despite sending several emails and making contact through Facebook, Twitter and messenger no response for a refund
