I had to return the unit I bought
I had to return the unit I bought, but customer service was excellent. My fault. I didn't realize that the model in question lacked analog inputs.

I had a difficult purchase with some issues, Manuel from Sky by Gramophone was right there all along the way to correct and resolve my problems and took back my purchase and sent me the correct product I wanted and needed! Manuel did a great job and his communication was excellent the whole way through! Thank you Manuel! Highly recommended!
