Totally scam. Do not trust in this Company! It is a complete Fraud!

**FRAUD ALERT: Fake Bookings and No Tickets** I booked a work trip from St. Petersburg to Key West for 7/24/26. They promised my "passes" 24 hours before departure, but they never arrived. When I contacted "Hazel," she claimed the airline was "delaying" the passes. I called Allegiant Air directly, and they confirmed **no reservation was ever made** and the flight is fully booked. When confronted, Hazel refused to answer the phone and switched to vague texts, promising updates by 10 PM and "alternate options." This is a bait-and-switch scam. They take your money, never book the seat, and leave you stranded the night before a trip. Do not trust this "agency"—they are dealing in shady, fraudulent business practices. I am currently fighting for a refund through my bank. **STAY AWAY.**

Purchased my ticket only to have them call to increase the amount by additional 375.00! I couldn't accept that price but when I said to cancel it, they wanted ME to pay cancelation charges. This company is completely a scam

The staff is good, although they're being manipulated by an agency that, in my opinion, isn't being honest. The offer wasn't fully honored, as we couldn't take the last flight due to the agency's failure to deliver; the departure time for the outbound flight was also changed. These offers are very unreliable, leaving a bad taste, almost like a scam. They promised to issue a refund, which I have not yet received.

Scammers, Bait and switch.

Scammer., My name didn’t appear on the flight list and I had to purchase new ticket. I tried to connect with skyday agent and I can see them reading my messages but not responding. Be aware, I would pay extra and get legit service, lesson learned.
