Very unsatisfied. The massage chair that we purchased lacks overall quality. We are literally afraid it's going to fall apart when we sit in it. (And I weight 125lbs....) I asked to return it and they said their policy is I have to wait 30 days. I don't need 30 days to decide if this is a quality item. So I guess it's now going to be a catch all in the corner until I get a RMA then have to package this hunk of crap back up and pay to send it back. Horrible experience.

A true customer service experience (which is a rarity this day and time), from the moment I chatted with David Y., to a follow up phone call, and then via text, all my questions were thoroughly answered. The buying process was 100% positive. David was detail-oriented, and knowledgeable, and I was able to directly speak with him when calling in for a follow-up question. I appreciated the transparent pricing, delivery details, information regarding the 0% financing and product knowledge regarding available mattress options. The perks were actually better than buying from the mattress company directly. I would highly recommend this business!

Item I ordered for surgery patient care took longer then I had anticipated. Due to needing it at a specific date I emailed and spoke personally with customer service that it had not been shipped out yet and please cancel. It arrived today and again I emailed and spoke to customer service that I need a return label as patient had to purchase alternate item and I would like to return the item I thought I had canceled. I received email and spoke with customer service who both stated there is a free return however they will not accept the return before 30 days as they would like me to try the product. When I explained to them the item will not be opened, I am leaving out of town in two days and the patient does not have the ability to return the product at any time , they had no interest in this situation. Pretty slimey company to ignore any circumstances and stick to the fine print pages below rhe original offer of free delivery free return. I would be careful when purchasing from Sleep Gallerie, this policy of trying an item when you don’t want to keep it as if that would make you want to shop their again does just the opposite.
