Hi! So far I'm on D1 and I'm liking it but man is it hard to get use too I'm a mouth breather and been so congested so it's been tough. Sometimes it will fall out and I'll have to find it in the bed and put it back in!

I have found sleep o brace ok. I had braces in my teens but my irresponsible retainer use caused my front tooth to protrude slightly which I wanted fixed. It looks like they are working. The worst part is trying to breathe through my nose, I'm regularly congested. If this could be fixed they would be perfect. I even considered cutting off the bottom half. My teeth would have a better chance to straighten out if j could keep it in longer.

I don't recommend you buy it if you have a misaligned canal, it didn't work to help you recover your problem. I got pain in ear canal after I wear it for 2 weeks, and I can not open my mouth as regular as a way.
