Dear Martin, Our sincerest apologies you are not satisfied with your purchase! We would suggest moving the Bluetooth® module to the front or side of the head. If moving it to the side, please place it on the opposite side as you sleep on. Many of our customers do move the Bluetooth® module to the front of their heads as this will help with clarity and quality of the Bluetooth® signal and is more comfortable.
